Charged twice for Laptop

I purchased a computer on 11/08/2022, the transaction was successful. Looks like that transaction was placed on "hold" or as Dell calls it "anticipation status"  and would be released once the device was shipped off (As told by my bank). Once the device was shipped on 11/19/2022. On 11/22/2022, Dell charged my account AGAIN. Two payments were taken out for the SAME exact amount. My company transferred the amount into my account on the same day I purchased the device (this is how I know I was charged twice). I did not make any other payments after to make sure everything was successful. The exact amount that I paid on 11/08/2022 was not added back to my account. The account I used to purchased things for my job is now negative the EXACT amount that I made.
