Dear Dell,

I recently purchased the kaby lake dell xps 13. Though almost perfect, there is one minor flaw. I called your technical support and was told that my issue was a software issue and would not seem to understand me and take my opinion into account ( I ain't no computer newbie). As I beleived that it could was not a software issue. He told me that it would cost $200+ to get software support and he didn't even seem to sure about.  I would expect that when somebody plops down $1500 that they are treated with good costumer service that is professional and helpful. I experienced neither of those things.

Hi ebramble,

Thanks for posting about your experience.

Dell only offers software support for the first 30 days, after that then a fee would be charged.  If your issue is not software, but hardware related, then Tech Support will troubleshoot with you and decide a course of action to resolve your issue.
