Credible Email?
I recently contacted a customer support agent about my laptop which no longer powers on. I received a box in the mail to put the laptop in to ship it today. It all seems real, but the dell.com Email doesn't seem credible. The address is Dell_Support_NAE912@dell.com. Is this trustable? My concern would be shipping my laptop off to a fake "customer service" rep.

I sent an email to this address and received a reply from a manager from Dell Technical Support Department. This email Dell_Support_NAE912@dell.com is a valid Dell Support email channel.
