Customer service behavior
Hi,
I have a very bad experience of Dell customer service... There was the same problem happened 5 times in a year and each time I waste a couple of hours on that.
Last time I contacted to dell customer service the supervisor was behaving like it is normal and he didn't care about situation.. Again he started to say the same thing. He behaved in a discriminatory way to me without caring about my problem.
I am so upset and unhappy about his behavior and I want to report this to the main office.
