I'm in the exact same boat as others. DFS account created in the first week of June. Still waiting on the verification letter, after having called DFS and had it resent at least five times now. I don't understand how you guys expect to stay in business when you make it this difficult to purchase your products. I needed the equipment for work weeks ago. Unbelievably terrible.
