Delivery problem
Hello,
I made a quote request in mid-July with the intention of receiving a CMOS battery before my departure abroad in early August. Due to long response times, I was not able to receive my product on time and I wanted to change my address. Lack of luck, the delivery is currently in return to the sender. The support has not responded for a week. I would like to arrange a second delivery, preferably when I come back and to my home. Currently, I was charged, and I did not receive anything. I find this situation particularly frustrating because the support answered me until recently, then nothing. I hope you can help me.
