Dell COVID-19 onsite service protocols

To ensure the safety of our customers, the Dell Technologies Services team is evaluating on an ongoing basis the potential impact of COVID-19 in relation to business operations. In consultation with our Environment, Health and Safety organization, we implemented protocols to protect the health and safety of our employees, onsite technicians, and suppliers to reduce the risk of potential spread of COVID-19. All Service representatives must strictly adhere to protocols before and after each home visit including temperature checks, sanitising of key transport areas and other medical personal checks as determined to be required. Personal Protective Equipment has been provided for each visit and is required for use at all times.
