Dell DFS

I am having the same problem. When will there be a fix for this?

I have tried multiple computers, browsers, devices, and nothing.  Still not getting in, and yes things are updated. 

I've tried to go to the site for the past two days, and it's just a white screen. I just want to know if my payment was received. From what I understand, this happens a lot with them.

Having this issue for the past three days. My bill is due tomorrow and can't log on to make a payment, and what's better is that I can't contact any customer support either to try and get this fixed. I'd be willing to bet there will be a late charge too for my account despite all this effort to try and pay a bill on time.

I went over to Twitter and ask to see if DellCares over there because this is stupid, the website should be up and running and someone should have addressed this by now, fullstop.  Nobody should get late fees because Dell can't get it together.

I have the same exact issue. Even trying it on different browsers is not working for me. Won't even load up on my phone either. I have a payment that I need to make payment on and the website won't even load.
