Dell Display U2412M - Warranty Issue
One of my Dell U2412M, bought around two months ago, has developed a problem with the DVI port. When connected to an Apple MacBook Pro, the display permanently stays in PowerSave mode. This problem only happens with the DVI port. The other Dell U2412M display works fine with all ports so it is not a problem with the computer or cables.
Since the display is still under warranty, will Dell replace it?
