Dell Outlet, Bait and Switch

Two orders in a row now Dell has done the "Bait and Switch". I caught Dell both times when my order summary and receipt arrived in my email. The latest was when I tried to buy a XPS 9380 on the outlet which clearly states it has 16GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3 Memory. The receipt emailed showed: Module,Information,Dual In-line Memory Module,1,667 DDR2,2X1G. DDR2? Are you kidding me? The time before this I ordered a laptop that was supposed to have a "Class 50 SSD" and again when the receipt was emailed-Class 40. When did Dell become so dishonest??
