Dell Sales Fail

Odered a bright shiny Alienware rig online - delivery estimated to be about 2 weeks. Later order was cancelled but I was given option to reorder with delivery of about four weeks. With less than two weeks to go the order was again cancelled by Dell. But I could reorder again with a new deliver of, Wait for it, another six weeks. Now Dell were quick of the mark to take my money but seem to find all sorts do excuses to cover there own inability to be able to deliver on time. Be warned. Check the delivery date they promise when ordering and keep copies of all communication. I have declined the offer to reorder. I will report back on how long it takes to get my money back out of Dell. Expecting it will take as long as the non-existent delivery of my rig.
