Dell Support

I am desperately trying to get hold of Dell support in Namibia /South Africa. Does anyone have an email address or number I can call to get hold of someone who can help me with a factory fault on my laptop. The local store where I bought the laptop is dragging their feet on purpose to ensure that they won't need to replace the machine once its past its warranty and any customer support forms I have filled in on the Dell Support site never seem to reach their destination as I am not getting any response whatsoever. Please help!
