Dell agent hung up?
Hi all,
So I rang Dell support today after getting no response from my emails. I got to chat with an agent who hung up after 20 seconds. She asked for a number, in a thick accent and I couldn't understand what number she wanted. I literally said what number and she repeated it but I couldn't understand her so I asked again and she hung up? I rang back and spoke to someone who I could understand a bit better so it's all good but was that, she spoke so forcefully from the start and hung up after 20 seconds. She must of been having a bad day or something?
