Dell agents did not fulfill priority shipping

I ordered 2 alienware area 51 laptops on 6th and 7th september. While placing my orders agents taking the order assured me that it will take 7-10 days for order to get shipped, though date of arrival shown was 30th september. They told me it will not take that long. They said they have put my orders on priority, I guess all that was not true. Till date my laptops are not shipped.

I am disappointed that what I was told when I ordered laptops was not true and agents have not worked to get my products shipped. This is not good shopping experience for customer who spends 6000 dollars and dell don't care what they say when you place order. If there is anything dell can do is to get my orders shipped at the earliest then please do it practically.
