Dell corporate offices phone number? #2

I also have been trying to complain to Corporate Offices about the Customer Service Department. My complaint is simple, no matter what question I ask... I get sent to the same places PHILLIPPINES, INDIA, MAYLASIA, or some other place not the United States. I want a phone number that gets me connected to Corporate so I can speak to someone I can understand to get my 5 week problem salved, I wish DELL would bring tech support back to the US.
