Dell has not issued my refund
I've been waiting for Dell to issue a refund of $74.85 for a canceled order for over 3 1/2 months now. Webpage says that the refund has been sent but my account has not received the money yet. I called the Verification Department, an agent told me to wait 5 business days and I have not received my refund. Can someone help me with this? When will I get my money back? Thank you for your help.
