Dell laptop delivery: Syncreon & DHL - driver signed for me and took the parcel

Question

I received a text/email from DHL that my laptop will be delivered between 5-6pm.

At 12:30 I received a text message from DHL that my parcel had been delivered.
Nobody called, and asked me for a photo ID.

Driver signed for me, and left (with the parcel).

I will complain to the police as this happened also last year with my previous delivery.
(Last year driver cam back with my parcel later that day, but he signed for me and was not happy)

I seriously would open a case against your delivery company with evidence if you win thats a lot of money in your pocket.

I finally received the laptop, but in the same fashion way like last year...Driver take shady pictures, sign for me, and run away with the laptop.
