Dell lattitude quality issue

What you people mean by Warranty service?? **bleep**ing customer service executive will make customer as their engineer through phone. we have more than 150+ laptops our company everything is worst product , and support also very very bad. we will going to stop all dell purchases. HP and Acer are giving best service and support, also Good product by quality .
