Dell official partner in India creating dark spot on the Global brand DELL

I am a loyal buyer of dell laptops and desktop since Jan 2010 and great admirer of its services. But your official partner in India Compuindia and Dell India is providing poor service support to the customers. I have purchased Dell Inspiron from Compuindia in January 2016 and my service tag ownership change request completed on 19-04-2017 (Service Tag<ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>). But my renewal of services is pending for updation. I am contacting and writing mail to Compuindia time and again. But every time they reply with thanks for writing and waiting from Dell to respond. Kindly arranges to do the needful and oblige.
