Dell refuses to honor sales agreement

I ordered Dell desktop and specifically requested Dual DVI-D outputs on the video card, incidentally I also ordered two Dell monitors which neither Dell tech support nor order support can relate the two orders.  The computer arrived with one DVI output on the video card not two.  I contacted Dell and an order person with no technical knowledge has not been helpful.  After weeks of back and forth a so-called technical specialist was put on the line and told me I just needed an adaptor to use the second monitor.  I ordered Dual DVI outputs because I don’t want an adaptor.  Why is it that Dell wants to force feed me a computer I don’t want instead of selling me what I asked for?

It does seem that way looking at Dell's treatment.  I post a comment and dell just sends a notice to the same people who for weeks cannot figure out the 1 does not equal 2.  Is this supposed to pacify me?  What should make me think that NOW Dell's customer service is capable of understanding the issue or caring enough to learn!
