Dell says package was Shipped but FedEx just says Label has been created
the package was shipped 12/8 by dell and was supposed to deliver 12/15. fedex doesn't have anything updated and just says label has been created

I'm in the same boat. Ordered 12/4. Label from 12/7. Supposed to be here by 12/18. No actual sign of shipment happening.

So given the number of people making THIS EXACT SAME COMPLAINT (and I'm another) what the heck is going on? Why are you telling people their laptops have shipped when there is no record of them and you can't figure out where they are days after being notified of the problem?

Mine FINALLY showed up yesterday. So there's hope. However, something sketchy is going on with Dell.
