Dell visa promotion fraud?

I submitted a claim for my gift card after purchasing my Alienware monitor. I believe it qualifies for a $75 visa gift card. However after many days I got an email saying that the product I bought does not qualify for it? I even opened up another support ticket for them to double check.

I was told to contact Dell directly so here I am.

How is this not fraud? I would like to settle this before my return window.

Same situation, however I filed a complaint with the BBB and FTC on this.  Just got correspondence from someone in their corporate headquarters.  I think the more of us that do that it will be brought to their attention.  Someone, either Dell or Berkeley, is faulting on this promotion.  I have a suggestion for who to go to instead of Berkeley but Dell has a filter and blocks their name.

Someone from Dell reached out to me, hopefully we can come to a solution so I do not have to result to this.
