Dell website not accepting service tag
The Dell website is still not accepting my service tag. I'm trying to check on ordering reinstall media and extending the warranty, but it still thinks the pc is retail. I transferred it in to my name from BestBuy..

Let's just check the obvious.
Log into your BIOS, hit f2 a couple times when you see the Dell logo pop up.
On the first page is your service tag number, see if they match and exit you BIOS?
It usually takes a couple weeks... so it should transfer soon.
