Did not hear back as scheduled
I was supposed to be called between 9-10am CST yesterday (8/2) about an issue that had to be approved by management/escalation team. I was not called. I emailed for an explanation, and was met with a generic "we will be contacting you as scheduled" email, even though that time was yesterday. It has been over 2 weeks since my laptop has been working (able to boot) and it has even gone to the repair center and back. Please help!

Typical Dell CS it seems. I've been waiting for days for a "supervisor" to call me back, despite calling every day to ask when that will happen. For having such great products overall, they have some of the worst CS I've ever experienced.
