Disappointed with Dell. REFUND delayed for almost a month!
it has been almost a month now and i still didn't get my refund since i cancelled my order last 12/14/12. i called, chatted and e-mailed dell but the issue regarding this has not yet been fix. im so disappointed with the service they give.

ohh.. i was just sharing my experience with the other guy who posted his problem. it wasn't meant to duplicate anything. and this is the only thread i made.
