Disappointed with order and customer service

I bought a XPS laptop on November 15th, Dell website says 3 business days shipping, it got scheduled delivery to December 5th, ok I accepted. Then on November 22nd my order got canceled and another one placed with no reason, then my delivery date was delayed to December 11th, I got in touch with customer service and they said this is a factory issue and they could do nothing. Then, again without reason, order got delayed to December 18th. And again, no one can do nothing. It's not a cheap thing, and I am disappointed on buying something with a promise of 3 day shipping and by the end will take more than a month.

I'm in the same boat! Changed/delayed my order date without notifying me! Been on the phone and chat trying to resolve this with no  resolution.
