Enhanced Support vs. Pro Support.
Does anyone happen to know what the difference is between the Enhanced Support (as stated for this unit - http://www.dell.com/us/p/xps-8700/pd?oc=ddcwgs101rw7p&model_id=xps-8700 XPS 8700) and the Pro Support that is offered through the business link.
I contacted dell chat and after deciding that this was the unit that I was in fact interested in they gave me a link for the same thing except it states pro support vs. the one on the regular page that states enhanced support. The price and the unit are identical (except for the wording regarding the support) they are both for 1 year of support as well.
The link that I originally found the unit at also states that there is a $50 coupon available on the unit but I cannot apply the coupon to the link that chat gave me but it works if I go back to the original page and click to purchase it.
Is there in fact any difference in the Enhanced Support vs. Pro Support?

It all stems from where you start. Go to the main Dell page and you see two choices, "For Home" or "For Work".

The $50 coupon only applies to the "For Home" system.
