Help! Cannot Cancel My Order

So on July 14 2019 I had purchased an order for my Dell XPS 8930 Special Edition Tower and had financed it through Dell Financial Services. And on July 18 2019 I had found a better deal for it that had better configurations for $200 more. Before I purchased it I had already filed a return request and the customer care representative had assured me it would get cancelled and told me to go ahead and make the new order. Fast forward to today (July 19 2019) I get an email from my case specialist saying:

I would like to inform you that the request that we have raised to our back end team regarding the order cancellation did not go through as the order has crossed its cancellation stage, I would raise a request to our back end team to reroute the package back to Dell and process refund as soon as the order gets shipped.

When I checked my order status for the desktop after recieving this email it only stated it was confirmed that's it. Since its a Friday and I got the email after their work hours are over I don't know what to do. I didn't even get their "Back End Team's" contact information. Please Help!!!

Thank you for your message. I apologize for the inconvenience surrounding your order.

 

An order cannot be canceled if is invoiced or shipped. So, there are chances that the system is invoiced.

 

In this case, the team will have the order shipped & rerouted back to Dell & once received the refund will be initiated.
