Horrible Customer Service

I recently called Dell to order a new LCD cable. After speaking to them for a while, they hung up and never called me back regarding the cable. They couldn't even send me an image of the cable because apparently my email "did not exist". I wasn't even notified that my call would be charged until I decided to call them back a few days later. After calling them back, they once again charged me for the call WITHOUT even fixing my issue from before! After talking for a bit, the lady claimed that she couldn't hear me when everyone else could just fine! She then hung up on me. I'm being charged for all of this! Horrendous!
