Horrible customer support!!!

I'm wondering, if I call Dell in India will I be transferred to an American? We are trying to simply make a payment on a laptop and the online payment option wouldn't recognize the account number that I had on my bill. I couldn't register to pay. Now they want $14 to pay the bill over the phone. We had a problem with Dell after buying a laptop 6 years ago but told my wife that it was probably just "that one time" and talked her into trying them again. I will never use dell again. You can't get a person on the support line that you can understand and that will solve your problem.
