How do I get Dell to honor their warranty?
Purchased a Dell monitor a little over a year ago. Stopped working over the weekend. Monitor has a 3 year warranty(confirmed monitor is under warranty on Dell's website). I call so I can get the process started, person says he can't do it. I get passed around to a few different departments, none of which are able to help me. In the end, I now have a non-functioning monitor that is under warranty that Dell will not replace. Thank you Dell for the $600 paper weight.

Go to the Monitor Forum, open the Monitor FAQ, read through, "Monitor warranties and replacement instructions".

15 days to register a product? Really? Dell needs to get out of the stone age, it doesn't take weeks to register a product anymore. This all seems like delay tactics for Dell trying to get out of providing a replacement product.

Regrettably, it takes that long. Check the private message I sent you.
