How to complain about Customer care
I have a problem for my Dell laptop. I called up the dell out of warranty customer care. Two guys gave me two different answers. When questioned the second guy was very rude and hung up the phone. Is this customer service expected from Dell for a 10 year customer? How can I complain about this?

I don't want to name the representative name in open forum. But really upset by their behavior.
