I am a former Dell EMC employee and my 2018 W2 has all incorrect information

Hi,

I am a former Dell EMC employee and I got 2018 W2 in 2019. It has all incorrect information. It says I have earning from MA whereas I worked in CA only. It has several other issues also.  I have sent several emails at Americas_payroll@dell.com (sent first email on March 17th) and dell@service-now.com since past 1 month  but there is no response from dell on this. I have told the urgency of the situation also that tax date is coming soon, but still there is no response. I tried to talk to customer service also from this num- 1-888-335-5663 but it has all automated messages and there is no option to talk to a human. I am really frustrated as tax date is on next Monday and I still haven't heard anything from dell on this . Can someone from dell payroll please help me with this at earliest.
