I got a message that my Dell Inspiron 15 7000 needs a part backlog
Another dell moderator told me that my Dell Inspiron is under service for a part or part backlog what does that mean. And when if estimates can I get my laptop back from repair

We are unsure of the delay.
However, you will receive an email confirmation once the service is complete.

good luck, don't expect Dell to be forthcoming with info. they will email when it comes in, but thats the best they'll. if they tell you anything different its just a lie to get you off the phone. They will keep telling you "soon", 2-3 days for the next update. but it doesn't mean anything.
