Incorrect delivery address

I made an order through a sales rep and they put the wrong shipping address on the order acknowledgement I won't be living at or have access to the billing address from Friday which is where the order is being sent to (I've checked logs and it was made clear). I haven't received an order confirmation with order number so can't email dell and have emailed my rep but have yet to receive a response.

From reading online once the order is confirmed I can't make changes and will need to cancel/reorder but it takes 7-10 days to refund and due to cost I will be unable to order again until that time.

Is it possible to fix this issue before the order is confirmed?
