International warranty with product bought from third party

I am considering to buy product from a seller on Amazon.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B074G5DQ5M/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1514893517&sr=8-3&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=touchscreen+dell++9360&dpPl=1&dpID=41EPQUW6FXL&ref=plSrch

May I know if it is possible to upgrade to international warranty, after purchase? What information do I need for this? Thanks

To transfer internationally:

1.  The system must be sold in the market you wish to transfer it to.  If it's not - no transfer.

2.  You must upgrade to a Dell onsite service plan -- which is generally more expensive after purchase than with the system. You'll have to contact the seller to find out if they can assist with this (or contact Dell USA once you register the system in  your name).

3.  You must register the system in your name -- that sometimes can be an issue so be sure your seller will assist if the system turns up without a history (as happens if the seller obtained the system through non-Dell channels).
