Is it trusty email?
Good Day,
I am having some problems with my laptop, I was contacting DELL customer service through email, and then I called in service centre. At the moment I am in Denmark.
Few days after calling I received an email that they decided to pick up my laptop with UPS services and fix it this way.
Back in my country I am not used to do anything like this, and give my items to people I don't know.
Does anyone know if I can trust and give my laptop?

It is a legitimate email address. However I would like to know whether you got a call from dell support. Also let me know if you have any issues with the computer. Please send me the the copy of that email to my email address which I have sent it through the private message.
