Long refund process

I purchased an MSI video card directly from Dell shipped and sold by Dell and received the wrong item gals customer support team was amazing and said they could get me a new card or issue a refund but the new card wouldn’t be there on time so I asked for the refund I am now 2 1/2 weeks waiting on a refund. My customer support specialist told me that the card was shipped by third-party manufacture and I had to wait longer for the refund and I explained to him that dell billed me, And I even use my gal preferred account credit to pay Dell. It’s beyond frustrating having to wait for over $1500 in a refund
