MPL Asset, NULL value, unable to insert service tag, #2
Hello, Im unable to add my alienware to my product list.
There is this error.
MPL Asset returns NULL value and unable to insert service tag.
Also not show the warranty info.

I am happy to look into this matter on your behalf. Please reply to my email and provide the requested information so I may access your account records. Also, please provide a copy of your receipt including the Original Dell Order Number and a snapshot of the service tag and express service code.
