McAfee, Onsite/in-home service, charges

Reviewing my invoice I see 2 separate charges on the line item. I reached out to the customer service line (1 800 624 9897) to try and modify my order. I and was transferred multiple times, hung up on, and once I called back I reached an agent to speak about the line item Invoice. I was told these two services are free. I asked to have McFee and in-home service removed and was advised I wouldn't be able to. These are services I do not want, and do not want to be charged for. Why does my invoice show a Price for these services (a price I was charged for) and customer care says they are free services? I just want a refund for services I will never use. After tax I am charged $1,773.14
