Charged for McAfee subscription, #3

Just purchased two Inspiron 5591 when ordering it stated McAfee was 30 day trial. They sneaked in two one year subscription at $38.20 a piece and state I cannot be refunded or cancel subscription. I planned on purchasing 10-12 more systems for my business, not now! I will never buy another dell product again! I detest sneaky sales reps. Seems every time I use a rep not based in US i get this . Think I have learned my lesson! Its only $76.40 yet it is the principle of the matter. The sneaky tactics, and the absolute refusal of the customer care to assist in cancellation of McAfee subscription and refund. T hey just lost at least 25k worth of business from me as well as all my associates will be informed of questionable tactics.
