Missing Order?

Hello,

So I placed an order on September 4, 2017 for an XPS 13, and have not received a confirmation email. Who can I contact to ask about the status of my laptop?

Did you place an order online or by calling the sales team?



If it is an online order, did you receive any Internet receipt number?



Please check your spam/junk mail box for any email from Dell.



You should have received some email by now.  If you haven’t please contact the sales team & check the status.
