My cashback for a new dell laptop purchase is not credited yet
Hi.. I have purchased a dell inspiron 14 laptop and this was under 10% cashback upto 5000 INR from ICICI bank CC transaction.
Its been approx 3 months since I have purchased the laptop and yet my cashback is not credited to the relevant card.
Before purchasing the laptop, I had received a confirmation from your sales team that this cashback will be added in span of 60 days post purchase. I have this email from your employee.
Please revert back or reach out to me and get this issue resolved.
