My community post keeps being marked as sp4m.

I am trying to get a question about SupportAssist answered, but I can't stop it from being marked as sp4m. I have tried following the instructions and have submitted an abuse report but it is still not marked as sp4m. This is incredibly frustrating as I can't find an email address of a moderator to contact.
