My order is complete but hasn't shipped, #9

Same happened to me, I ordered at 13/11/2019, before I ordered, I confirmed with the customer service says the order will arrive between 19 /11 - 22/11 but till today, 20/11, the order is still not shipped and all the customer services said they could do nothing about it and not sure why it's delayed.  I assumed Alienware is a high-end product and suppose to have better customer and delivery service, this is way out of disappointment. Still WAITING

This is probably an old topic about dell's unreliable shipment, but it's my first time to know that such A high-end gaming laptop can have such a bad after-sale service. So I'm gonna tell my purchase experience here. 

The thing is I ordered the new Alienware m15 on 13/11 Cz my old laptop was broken and I was gonna let it go. I came to online customer service before my final payment and asked when it will be delivered Cz I'm kind of in a hurry. The customer service said between 18/11 - 22/11. On 18/11, I fond my order still not be shipped, I came back to the customer service, said will be shipped 19/11,  then the other day again, said 20/11 ... until the end of the promised delivery time 22/11, they suddenly changed my delivery time to 04/12!  I was so disappointed and shocked by how unprofessional they did here, and I already get all the accessories and games ready... 

And then I came back to the customer service again, they told me it was because of some of the parts for assembling my laptop is not ready and they're not sure when the parts will be ready and suggested me to call the 'modification department', I called the number he gave me , and the ''modification' department said the same thing'  ! Both of them promised me that some 'specialists' will give me a call regarding the precise delivery date, but nobody called ! 

This was my first time buying Alienware on DEll, it was such a shock that they play this way.  The customer service promised date that didn't under their control, and the production updates is not able to sync up with sales. 

I thought I was the rare case that I had bad luck, but when I search online, there's such a big group of people met the same thing I met which means this issue has been there for years !!   How can such a high-end product has this experience?  Does dell collect money first before they order their CPU and GPU or any parts for assembling? Are they short of money? Orz

Can't believe this terrible delivery service lasts for years !!  I recently ordered my new m15 laptop on 13/11 , before i ordered , I went to ask the online customer service when it will be delivered cz I'm kind of in hurry , they promised 18/11- 22/11. And after one week I ordered, they suddenly changed the delivery to 04/12 ! I called and I came back to online services multiple times , they just can not give me a reason and a specific delivery time ! This is  so bad ! SO SO bad ! I can not understand why this high-end product has this bad delivery service , it's so deceptive!
