Never going to buy Dell again

Got my PC. Power glitch. 1 second or so. Trashed the operating system. 5 hours with phone tech, no good.  Send the PC back to them to the repair facility in Texas. Nothing was done to the PC! Came back in the exact same condition! Called tech support. Another 2 hours. Asked for a supervisor, sent to customer service, sent back to tech. I was told that they won't exchange my system for a new one because its been more than 30 days since purchase date. I've been trying to fix it from day 3! Never again!
