No Return Label for XPS 9365

I am trying to return my XPS 9365 and I have filled out the return order form multiple times, however, each time it says they have emailed me a return slip even though I have not received such email (even in spam/junk folders). My return status says they are waiting for me to ship it but I can't do that without the label. Every time I call it circles me back to the return order form. Terrible customer service.
