No confirmation email???
Hi, I order an Laptop through the dell website on 10th September 2017. But i still haven't received a confirmation email despite receiving a order acknowledged email. I'm from the UK, but i don't know where else to post this form. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Have you received an email with a Dell purchase ID or an Internet receipt number?
Please click on my Dell username & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.

What do you mean by the registered name & email address.
Who payed for it or who it is being shipped to?

They want you to give them the email you gave Dell.com when you purchased the item. Also if you received any sort of email from Dell.com it may have contained a purchase ID or customer ID, give them that as well.
