Not liking Dell
After getting booted out of the on line ordering system to a default page, I decided to order over the phone and I got burned! I requested to get a system with Windows 10 factory installed and was told I would. When I saw my order a day later and followed up, I was told that system only came with an upgrade version that I had to install. Because of this and some other minor differences, I will probably never buy a Dell again. This is Disappointing as we have been loyal to Dell for many years. I'm ***!!

Thanks for posting and sharing your ordering experience with us.
Without knowing exactly what system and what build you ordered, it's difficult for us to comment here. As always, if you are dissatisfied with the order, or it does not have the specifications you ordered, then contact Customer Care and cancel it.
It's likely you will find that almost all the computer companies provide OEM OS software, and it will need to be upgraded.
