Online Ordered Cancelled - Without information

Dell Team, 

I made an order thru Dell using my amex card and the order & transaction went thru. For additional security I verified the transaction using Safe Key . The charge was made on my card and i received an email from dell stating that purchase is made with Dell Purchase ID . 

After few minutes when I logged back to dell and searched with purchase ID the order is shown as cancelled , HOW can this be done without my consent, the transaction went thru on Amex ( checked with amex)  and Dell - the TV is still in stock. There is no reason why my order should be cancelled. 

I request you to reinstate my order ASAP .

This time dell stood low to my expectation and this is too much hassle for dell's customer, just have a look how many people are suffering due to cancellation . 

Hope DELL CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL LOOK into it .
